Eligibility
- 10th/ 12th/ ITI/ Polytechnic/ Diploma/ Graduation passed candidates are eligible.
- Candidates must not be employed full-time or engaged in full-time education.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.

Benefits of the scheme
- This scheme will provide monthly assistance to the applicants and trainees will be given around Rs.5,000 for 12 months.
- A one-time grant of Rs 6,000 will be disbursed to each intern by the Government through Direct Benefit Transfer on the intern joining the internship location.
- The amount related to the training of trainees under this scheme will be given by the company through its CSR fund as per the existing rules.
- As covered under Company CSR Policy Rules 2014, up to 5% of the CSR expenditure incurred under this scheme can be booked as administrative costs by the company.
- The scheme will also provide insurance coverage to each trainee under the insurance schemes of the Government of India.
